The quality is great, easy to heat up, looks and feels sturdy. Not too tight around my melon. The results were fantastic. I will be doing a deep condition with this heat cap every week. I have curly hair with 3A and 2C curls. They were looking tragic looking and sooo dry. This treatment made them look super hydrated and the softest my hair has been in a long time. I have not attempted to wash it yet but taking out the insert was easy.
